Returns & Exchanges Policy

Kangoo Jumps rebound shoes can be returned for a refund minus:

1. A re-stocking fee of $43.00 ( The cost to replace the fabric liners for safety reasons due to COVID-19) per pair of shoes

2. Bounce Shoe Store provides free shipping with the purchase of Kangoo Jumps rebound shoes. Returning or exchanging shoes voids the free shipping. Shipping costs ( Previously paid by Bounce Shoe Store) will be deducted from the amount that will be refunded to the buyer.

• The buyer is also responsible for paying to return the shoes.

• Shoes must be shipped within 5 days of receipt.

• Buyer must request a refund or exchange via email (info@bounceshoestore.com)

• Shoes must be in new condition (Showing zero signs of wear)

• No returns on Kangoo Jumps fitness wear ( Clothing ), accessories, and parts.
